They make the best pets!

It's an official, annual celebration of the donkey! It happens on May 8th and we get to celebrate these amazing, often misunderstood long-ears. Donkeys have been around since the dawn of time and have been an animal of service to the human race for thousands of years. They have survived and thrived in areas with tough and harsh climate conditions. They are animals of endurance. Their personalities are loving and extremely intelligent.

They are very easy to train!

They have been faced with mistreatment and misunderstanding for many years and it is now up to us to educate people about their true identity and bring back a respect and love for the admirable creatures.

So, go and celebrate! Find your nearest donkey friend and give it a hug and a kiss and you'll never be the same again!
